做厙TVs focus on hands-on learning is especially impactful in the sciences. We have unique lab experiences in our classes and many opportunities to work with research faculty on real projects.

At a small school like 做厙TV, Ive had hands-on access to lab instruments both in classes and during independent research with faculty. These experiences have sharpened my techniques and prepared me for a future in chemistry.

One thing that is unique about 做厙TVs campus is that we are really close to a lot of environmental features in the area. We are located along the 做厙TV River, and that gives me a lot of opportunities to explore different labs and different ways to analyze the river and landscapes around us.

It is a great testing ground for students to discover what they want to do, and sometimes more importantly, what they dont want to do, after graduation.

William Dougherty / Associate Professor of Chemistry

Through my internship with the Arlin M. Adams Center for Law & Society, I worked with a public defender, observed trials, met with clients and gained experience with legal documents. Those opportunities helped me connect classroom learning to real-world practice.
