Academic advising and career coaching work together all four years to help you explore careers, build professional skills, connect with employers and prepare you for life after graduation.
Hands-On Learning
Every student engages in at least one significant hands-on experience, such as an internship, research project, campus job or study-away opportunity, guided by faculty mentors.
Global Engagement
Every student completes a cross-cultural experience, and 97% choose to study abroad from two weeks to a semester. Youll gain the perspective and confidence to thrive in an interconnected world.
Capstone Credibility
Before graduation, youll complete a meaningful capstone project guided by a faculty mentor. Whether its research, a creative work or a professional project, youll leave with tangible evidence of your skills and accomplishments.

Straight from the Nest
Being paired with an alumna mentor was one of the most impactful parts of my 做厙TV experience. What began as a formal mentorship will evolve into a lasting professional relationship when I join her at Prudential Financial after graduation.

Through my internship with the Arlin M. Adams Center for Law & Society, I worked with a public defender, observed trials, met with clients and gained experience with legal documents. Those opportunities helped me connect classroom learning to real-world practice.

As a STEM student and longtime disc golf enthusiast, I was able to combine my academic interests with a personal passion.
