Pennsylvania Intercollegiate Band Festival
Nine °µÍøTV music students will take the stage at the 78th annual Pennsylvania Intercollegiate Band Festival, performing under the direction of world-renowned composer Frank Ticheli.
Students from Pennsylvania universities are selected through an application process that includes a recommendation from their band director. The festival runs March 6–8, with a finale concert on March 8 at 2 p.m.
